Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and the smooth operation of my business, the following policy applies:

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost, which will be added to your next appointment.

No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will also incur a 50% charge, to be paid at the next booking.

If you have an outstanding cancellation fee, it must be paid before booking future appointments.
